Το βγάζει μόνο στη Νέα Ζηλανδία. Πάντως λέει το προσπέκτους ότι συνεργάζεται με όλες τις HDS οθόνες.

Three Independent Channels
The S5100 is the first sounder module to feature three fully independent sonar channels, delivering true simultaneous coverage of up to three different depth ranges with uncompromising performance at every range. Connect three single-channel transducers, or pair one dual-channel and one single-channel, to create the perfect sonar coverage for the areas you fish and the species you target.

Noise-Free Clarity
CHIRP sonar uses frequency-swept pulses to provide improved target resolution and noise rejection compared to traditional single-frequency sonar. With the S5100’s advanced CHIRP technology, you’ll see clear to the bottom with no mid-water noise or clutter.

Wide-Angle Transducer Support
The Lowrance S5100 is compatible with Airmar’s wideangle CHIRP series of transducers. These are a perfect fit for targeting pelagic species, with enhanced coverage of the upper water column. Wide-angle transducers are also useful in shallow water, where traditional narrow beam angles can provide limited bottom coverage. A wider coverage area not only speeds your search but means individual fish targets are easier to see.

Simultaneous Split-Screen Viewing
View multiple depth ranges simultaneously in customisable “split-screen" configuration. Because all three sonar channels are completely independent, different frequency ranges can be viewed simultaneously in real-time on a single display.

Plug-and-Play Multifunction Display Compatibility
The S5100 module connects to Lowrance HDS multifunction displays. High-speed Ethernet connectivity enables easy installation almost anywhere on board. An S5100 module can be used to add sonar capabilities to a modular Lowrance system, or to provide additional sonar capabilities on integrated displays with built-in sounder technology.

Γιάννη δεν ξέρω αν βοηθάω αλλά σου βάζω παρακάτω τις βελτιώσεις που έγιναν στα carbon σχετικά με τις θύρες. Επισημαίνω το σημείο που λέει πότε δεν λειτουργεί το ethernet (με HDS2 κλπ).
Αν το σήμα έρχεται από το S5100 μέσω ethernet δεν νομίζω να υπάρχει πρόβλημα. Έχεις δοκιμάσει να παίξεις carbon-HDS2 με τα δύο μάτια χωρίς S5100;

A TotalScan™ transducer to be used in conjunction with a standard 7-pin "blue connector" transducer
Using a separate 7-pin transducer alongside TotalScan is ideal for customers who mount the TotalScan transducer higher on the transom to keep it out of the water when the boat is on plane.
Simultaneous display of both channels of a dual channel CHIRP transducer.
Simultaneous display of two single channel CHIRP transducers.
Please note
Dual Channel CHIRP will not work if there is a LSS-1, LSS-HD, HDS Gen1, HDS Gen2, HDS Gen2 Touch or Mercury® VesselView® connected to the Ethernet network. These units will cause the system to revert to Legacy Mode.

-Μάλλον δεν θα παίζει καθόλου το Carbon τη διπλή συχνότητα επειδή λέει ότι το σύστημα επιστρέφει σε legasy mode (μεταφρ: είναι μια κατάσταση στην οποία ένα σύστημα υπολογιστή, συστατικό στοιχείο ή εφαρμογή λογισμικού συμπεριφέρεται με τρόπο διαφορετικό από την κανονική του λειτουργία, προκειμένου να υποστηρίζει παλαιότερο λογισμικό)
-Υπέθεσα ότι έχεις αυτά τα μηχανήματα (carbon- Gen2 και τα δύο μάτια ΤΜ185 και ΤΜ150) και ρώτησα αν τα δούλεψες μαζί πριν πάρεις το s5100.
